Requirements

  • Trains and coaches Bistro/Banquet employees on 4-star service standards
  • Assists with scheduling staff and makes schedule adjustments as needed
  • Communicates with kitchen staff to ensure buffet stock levels
  • Provides excellent customer service and answers guest questions
  • Prioritizes and works effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Resolves customer complaints and concerns in a timely manner
