Role OverviewJoin Envision Energy's Global Blade Innovation Center as a Blades Loads and Dynamics Engineer to develop new blade design capabilities and technologies. Collaborate with a team of industry-leading engineers to create state-of-the-art designs and technologies.
What You Will Do
Perform multibody dynamic loads analysis, develop new multi-body dynamics models, and evaluate turbine control system algorithms for load reduction and performance optimization.

Requirements
- MS or PhD in engineering or similar
- 5+ years of professional experience in wind/aerospace or closely related industry
- Deep understanding and experience with dynamics, aeroelasticity, controls theory, aerodynamics, composite structures, and possibly aero-acoustics
- Wind turbine aeroelastic modeling experience with industry standard tools
- Programming experience in MATLAB, FORTRAN, C/C++, Python, or similar
- Experience with HPC systems and Linux
- Experience working across engineering disciplines
- Ability to make effective engineering decisions in face of uncertainty and delivery pressure
