Requirements
- High school diploma plus a minimum of 12 college credit hours in Psychology, Sociology, Social Welfare, Gerontology required and 2 years of behavioral health direct care experience required
- Bachelor’s degree with major course work in sociology, social work, social welfare, psychology, gerontology, anthropology, other related social sciences, criminal justice, theology, nursing, counseling, or education
- Valid driver's license, insurance, and clean driving record
- Reliable vehicle
- Ability to work 9am-5pm Monday-Friday
- Experience in case management or related human services field preferred
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule
- Commitment to person-centered care and community-based service delivery
