Role OverviewThe Production Technician is responsible for the setup and operation of friction manufacturing equipment. A Production Technician includes the following areas: compound, cure press, bagger, preform, high volume finish line, inspector, press unloader, and other assigned positions.
What You Will Do
Maintain a safe work environment, inspect product for quality, accurately record scrap data, and perform preventative maintenance.

Requirements
- High school diploma or GED certification
- Successful completion of basic skills test
- Successful completion of drug screens, background screens, and physical demands testing for the assigned position
- Solid reading, writing and mathematics skills including decimals & fractions
- Ability to follow written & oral instructions
- Ability to read and interpret precise measuring instruments
- Works well with others on the team
