Role OverviewAs a Blood Bus Operator / Phlebotomist, you will perform phlebotomy collection of whole blood and apheresis products, interact with donors and coordinators, and provide a high level of customer service to deliver an excellent donation experience. You will work cooperatively as a supportive member of the team and contribute positively to the achievement of team objectives.
What You Will Do
Your responsibilities will include operating the mobile drive bus, performing to all applicable regulatory and compliance requirements, treating donors with customer service excellence, and responding to customer inquiries and complaints. You will also prepare collection sites, perform donor screening, and conduct automation.

Requirements
- High School Diploma required
- Valid drivers' license with prior driving experience
- Valid CDL with air brakes endorsement (B)
- 1-3 years relevant people-facing experience preferred
- Less than 1 year of job-related experience required
