Requirements

4–8 years of financial technology implementation experience, ideally in buy-side research or order management systems
Strong expertise in investment research workflows, compliance oversight, and data-driven analytics
Demonstrated ability to configure and implement enterprise platforms with technical integrations
Excellent client-facing skills: communication, training, and relationship management
Highly organized with a proactive, team-oriented approach
Prior experience working with AI/NLP solutions, publishing platforms, or data analytics tools a strong plus
Familiarity with Bloomberg applications preferred; knowledge of AIM and/or PORT is advantageous
Strong project management abilities, with a track record of leading complex, multi-stakeholder implementations
Critical thinking, problem-solving, and consultative skills with a proactive, client-first mindset
Strong Microsoft Office knowledge (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Visio)
