Job Description
We're looking for a Product Analyst to join our Productivity & Collaboration value stream. You'll analyze employee usage patterns, satisfaction levels, and productivity impacts across Microsoft 365, ChatGPT, Zoom, and other collaboration tools.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in a product analyst, business analyst, or technical analyst role
  • Strong analytical and communication skills
  • Familiarity with productivity and collaboration platforms
  • Experience administering or configuring features and capabilities on platforms
  • Ability to work across technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Experience with documenting internal workflows, user needs, and system interdependencies
  • Proficiency with data tools such as Excel, SQL, or Tableau
