Job Description
Bloomberg is seeking a Team Leader to oversee the data management, quality, and processes behind our core dataset. As a Team Leader, you will lead a group of data professionals, guide them to apply best practices, and deliver accurate, client-ready data.

Requirements

  • 3+ years leading teams or significant experience leading projects and/or initiatives
  • Solid experience working with financial data
  • Proven track record establishing strong credibility and building influential relationships with your team as well as multiple internal clients and partners
  • Hands-on experience related to data quality, data modeling, or data engineering workflows
  • Strong analytical skills and comfort using tools like Python, SQL, and/or Tableau
  • Clear and confident communicator, able to connect team goals to business outcomes
  • Experience working with large and complex datasets
  • Ability to use both quantitative and qualitative insights to drive strategy
  • Strong relationship-building skills across technical and commercial teams
