Requirements

• Provide project management, administrative, and operational support to the Legal, Compliance, and Risk Departments
• Identify and implement improvements to current operations and workflows
• Prepare and file trademark applications, amendments, statements of use, renewal applications, and other trademark-related documents
• Update and maintain the Anaqua docket system
• Draft trademark goods/services specifications and determine appropriate specimens
• Prepare and file copyright applications
• Manage matters before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board
• Conduct clearance searches using online databases
• Register new domains and manage domain name portfolio
• Provide support in litigation and enforcement matters
• Collaborate with attorneys and compliance professionals on gathering, organizing, and analyzing data
• Assist with drafting and managing correspondence with internal stakeholders and external parties
• Prepare and arrange documents for signature by authorized signatories
