Job Description
Provide on-site technical support and assist with infrastructure installations and implementations, partnering with Sales, vendors, Facilities, and internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

Requirements

  • Two to four years of experience in IT support, desktop support, or junior network or infrastructure roles.
  • Solid understanding of networking fundamentals including LAN, WAN, TCP/IP, DNS, subnetting, and routing principles.
  • Hands-on exposure to routers, switches, patch panels, IDF environments, or data center facilities.
  • Experience troubleshooting Windows and Mac systems in a professional setting.
  • Strong communication skills and comfort working in client-facing environments.
