Role OverviewThe role involves obtaining covers and fiber to meet the daily production schedule for upholstery, filling backs and seats, and understanding and prioritizing order of assembly in accordance to work schedule.
What You Will Do
The main day-to-day responsibilities include monitoring production, identifying different covers and colors, retrieving required parts, setting up work stations, and operating machines safely and efficiently.

Requirements
- Must be able to push/pull loaded buggies for medium to long distances.
- Must learn to operate Anderson & Bar machines safely and efficiently.
- Must be able to insert seat cushions into cover and regulate in accordance to quality standards and meet production requirements.
- Must be able to close cushions in accordance to quality standards and meet production requirements.
- Must be able to stack and stage completed cushions on buggies for upholstery.
