Role Overview

The Blow Mold Manager will oversee the production of bottles, developing systems and processes to ensure quality and efficiency. They will lead the department in continuous improvement activities, utilizing lean tools and methodology. The manager will also supervise team members, providing feedback and performance reviews to ensure they understand how their job duties support the company's mission.

What You Will Do

The Blow Mold Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing systems and processes to ensure quality and efficiency in bottle production. They will also oversee installations, analyze current systems and processes, and develop equipment training programs for team members.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, operations, engineering, or related field
  • 4 years of operations management experience as a department manager, plant superintendent, or other management position
  • A minimum of 2 years 'on the floor' supervising hourly associates
  • Thermoplastic processing experience in one of the following: plastics molding, injection molding, injection-blow, extrusion, vacuum forming, or polymer compounding operations
