Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, operations, engineering, or related field
- 4 years of operations management experience as a department manager, plant superintendent, or other management position
- A minimum of 2 years 'on the floor' supervising hourly associates
- Thermoplastic processing experience in one of the following: plastics molding, injection molding, injection-blow, extrusion, vacuum forming, or polymer compounding operations
