Job Description
We're seeking an experienced Blow Mold Operator on 2nd Shift to operate and optimize blow-molding equipment to safely produce high-quality containers. As a skilled operator, you will perform machine start ups, changeovers, quality checks, and routine troubleshooting to minimize downtime and maintain bottle and packaging specifications.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience operating blow molding or injection molding equipment in a manufacturing environment
  • Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
  • Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
  • Ability to safely use basic hand tools
  • Strong commitment to safety, quality, teamwork, and continuous improvement
