Role OverviewHealthPRO Pediatrics is seeking a motivated Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) to make an impact on their community. The BCaBA will work in an in-center services ABA setting, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to provide sustainable productivity expectations (25 billable hours/week).
What You Will Do
The BCaBA will run and oversee behavioral and functional assessments, create individualized goals and behavior plans, train and support RBT teams, lead parent training sessions, and collaborate with other disciplines to provide the best care possible.

Requirements
- Licensed as a BCaBA
- At least a Bachelor's/Master's degree in ABA, Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field from an accredited college or university
- One year experience working with children on the spectrum
