Role OverviewThe Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) participates in CREATE therapeutic programming within the early learning and therapeutic afterschool environments serving homeless children and families in our onsite housing programs.
What You Will Do
Implement group and individualized behavior intervention strategies under the supervision of the Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), monitor client progress, and document behavioral data accurately.

Requirements
- BS degree in a related field
- BCaBA certification number
- Direct experience working with children and parents
- Bi-lingual preferred
- Computer literate with knowledge of Microsoft Access, Word, and Excel
