Job Description
Seeking a Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA) to provide expert guidance and leadership in the design and implementation of ABA therapy programs for children and teens with autism.

Requirements

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments including VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, and Functional Behavior Assessments
  • Develop individualized treatment plans and behavior intervention plans tailored to client needs
  • Train, supervise, and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians and other direct care staff
  • Monitor client progress and modify programs based on data analysis
  • Prepare detailed reports and documentation in compliance with funding and regulatory requirements
  • Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary teams to support client goals
  • Ensure adherence to ethical standards and company policies
