Job Description
Seasoned Recruitment is seeking a Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA) to provide expert guidance and leadership in the design and implementation of ABA therapy programs for children and teens with autism.

Requirements

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments including VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, and Functional Behavior Assessments.
  • Develop individualized treatment plans and behavior intervention plans tailored to client needs.
  • Train, supervise, and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians and other direct care staff.
  • Monitor client progress and modify programs based on data analysis.
  • Prepare detailed reports and documentation in compliance with funding and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary teams to support client goals.
  • Ensure adherence to ethical standards and company policies.
  • Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education or related field.
  • Active BCBA certification in good standing with the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience working with children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD).
  • Strong knowledge of ABA principles, assessment tools, and intervention techniques.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Physical ability to engage actively with clients, including occasional lifting up to 50 lbs.
