Job Description
As a BCBA with Easterseals PORT Health's EMPOWER program, you'll have the flexibility to shape your caseload, mentor dedicated teams, and see the real impact of your work in homes, schools, and communities across Eastern NC. Requirements

  • Certification: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in good standing
  • Licensure: Licensed Behavioral Analyst in NC
  • 1+ years working with children with developmental disabilities and/or autism (preferred)
  • 1+ years in a supervisory or leadership capacity (preferred)
  • Strong written/verbal communication, organization, and time management skills
  • Valid driver's license, proof of insurance, and unrestricted driving privileges
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office & EMR systems
