Job Description
The Center-based program for children with autism is seeking BCBA's to provide high-quality ABA services. The role involves conducting assessments, developing programs, training staff, and monitoring client progress. The BCBA will be responsible for a caseload of up to 12 cases, including ABA, VB-MAPP, and ABLLS-R and developing new programs.

Requirements

  • Master’s Degree in Psychology, Social Work, ABA or other human service field
  • Credentialed as a BCBA for at least two years
  • Minimum of two years of supervisory experience
  • Strong interpersonal skills, ability to maintain relationships
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Excellent organizational, written and verbal communication skills
