Role Overview

We are looking for passionate BCBAs to join us in fulfilling our mission to make a socially meaningful change in the lives of children and families. As a member of the Butterfly Effects Interdisciplinary Team, the BCBA designs and manages individualized behavior programming, including managing RBTs/BTs, supervising direct 1:1 ABA service delivery, conducting behavior assessments, and coordinating with other professionals on the client's treatment team.

What You Will Do

Reporting to a Regional or an Assistant Regional Director, you will be integral to ensuring the highest possible treatment outcomes for families affected by ASD. Your responsibilities will include managing RBTs/BTs, supervising direct 1:1 ABA service delivery, conducting behavior assessments, individualizing client treatment goals and objectives, conducting monthly caregiver training, and coordinating with other professionals on your clients' treatment team.

Requirements

  • Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field
  • BCBA Certification - Must hold a current certification by the BACB
