Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) – Clinical Assessor (Hybrid)

Epic Minds Therapy is seeking an experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team as a Clinical Assessor. This role is primarily focused on conducting initial and reassessment evaluations for children receiving ABA services, rather than managing an ongoing BCBA caseload.

What You Will Do

Conduct comprehensive initial ABA assessments and reassessments, complete caregiver interviews, direct observations, and assessment tools, develop individualized treatment plans, and create measurable, clinically appropriate treatment goals and recommendations.

Requirements

• Current and active BCBA certification
• Active state licensure where required
• Experience conducting ABA assessments and developing treatment plans
• Strong clinical writing and documentation skills
• Knowledge of medical necessity and insurance authorization requirements
• Ability to work independently and complete assessments within established deadlines
• Strong communication and organizational skills
