Job Description
The Behavioral Health Specialist (BCBA/LBA) role serves as the primary behavioral authority in a residential setting supporting individuals with neurodiverse conditions, Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Intellectual/Developmental Disabilities (I/DD), and Mental Illness (MI). The role applies behavioral analysis principles at a systems level to improve resident outcomes, ensure regulatory compliance, and support staff competency.

Requirements

  • Master’s Degree (or higher) in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or related field
  • Licensure: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and/or Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) - required
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in behavioral programming in residential or inpatient settings and ASD, I/DD, and/or mental health populations
