Role OverviewJoin our cutting-edge educational program as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to support students with Developmental Disabilities. We utilize the DIR/Floortime model and are looking for a professional who can align Behavioral and Developmental Methodologies.
What You Will Do
Write Behavior plans, train staff, analyze data, participate in IEP meetings, and meet with parents to discuss behavior plans.

Requirements
- Current New Jersey BCBA certification
- Minimum five (5) years of relevant experience
- Experience working with neurodivergent students or students with developmental differences
- Familiarity with the DIR/Floortime model
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Highly organized and strong writing skills
