Role OverviewHelping Hands Family (HHF) is a top-rated ABA provider in the Northeast, seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join their team. The BCBA will work in a clinic-based setting, delivering high-quality, evidence-based ABA services to children with autism. What You Will Do
Deliver high-quality, evidence-based ABA services to children with autism, manage a caseload of up to 10 clients, and supervise and develop up to 5 RBTs. Conduct assessments, write individualized treatment plans, and monitor client progress, while maintaining ethical documentation and compliance with BACB and state guidelines.

Requirements
- Active BCBA certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
- State Licensure where required
- ABA experience (RBT background a plus for new BCBAs)
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a clinic-based setting
