Role OverviewWe are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join a growing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) program in the Baltimore, Maryland area. This is an excellent opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of children and their families while working within a collaborative, multidisciplinary team.
What You Will Do
Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs), develop and implement Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs), provide clinical oversight, supervise and mentor staff, and deliver parent and caregiver training.

Requirements
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
