What You Will Do
Conduct assessments, develop individualized ABA Treatment Plans, provide clinical supervision to RBTs, monitor client data, collaborate with families and interdisciplinary teams, and maintain all required documentation and ethical compliance.

Requirements
- Current BCBA Certification
- Master’s degree in ABA or related field
- Experience in program development and RBT supervision
- Strong organizational and leadership skills
- Reliable transportation for local travel
