As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), you will conduct functional behavior assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and deliver parent/caregiver training. You will collaborate with other disciplines, school teams, and families to ensure coordinated care.
What You Will Do
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include conducting functional behavior assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, overseeing RBT implementation, providing clinical supervision and feedback, delivering parent/caregiver training, and maintaining accurate documentation and progress monitoring.

Requirements
- Active BCBA certification and (state) licensure (or eligibility)
- Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or related field
- At least one year of experience working with children on the autism spectrum preferred
