Role OverviewWe are seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst to work in a fast-paced environment that strives to raise the quality of educational support for children and young adults with autism. The successful candidate will utilize best practice methodology to plan, develop, and monitor behavioral support services to meet students' individual needs.
What You Will Do
The Board Certified Behavior Analyst will manage a caseload, develop and implement individual behavior plans, provide ongoing assessment and evaluation of student needs, and compile and analyze data on each student.
Why It Might Be a Fit
The ideal candidate will be patient, calm, and organized, with a minimum of 2 years of professional experience in an educational setting. They will be certified by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) and have experience working with students impacted by autism or other developmentally disabling disorders.
