Role OverviewWe are seeking a passionate and experienced Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. As a BCBA, you will oversee clinical excellence by maintaining appropriate clinician-to-client ratios, ensuring individualized treatment plans are implemented with fidelity, and promoting evidence-based practices across your team.
What You Will Do
Key responsibilities include reviewing and monitoring treatment plans, client progress, and clinical outcomes to ensure high-quality service delivery, conducting regular caregiver training, and ensuring compliance with BACB Ethics Code, payer requirements, state regulations, and organizational policies.

Requirements
- Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or a related field
- Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification through the BACB
- Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) or eligibility for licensure in the state (if applicable)
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience providing ABA services as a BCBA in a clinic setting (preferred, not always required)
- Experience supervising RBTs and behavior technicians
- Ability to collaborate within an interdisciplinary team environment
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Commitment to ethical practice aligned with BACB Ethics Code
