Role Overview

The Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) is responsible for the assessment, development, implementation, supervision, and evaluation of medically necessary Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services. The BCBA ensures services are clinically appropriate, ethically delivered, data-driven, and compliant with BACB standards, payer requirements, and organizational policies.

What You Will Do

Conduct assessments and reassessments, develop and update treatment plans, provide supervision to BTs and RBTs, collect and analyze clinical data, and modify treatment protocols based on clinical need and data.

The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in behavior analysis, psychology, education, or a related field, current BCBA certification, and experience providing ABA services across various settings.
