Role Overview

We are seeking a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our multidisciplinary team. This is an opportunity to work in a collaborative environment where co-treatment and coordinated care are highly valued, and where clinicians work closely together to support the whole child.

What You Will Do

Conduct functional behavioral assessments, skill-based assessments, and other clinically appropriate evaluations. Develop, implement, and update individualized ABA treatment plans and/or behavior intervention plans (BIP) based on assessment data, progress, patient needs, and clinical judgement.

Requirements

  • Master's degree from accredited university in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), Psychology, Education, or related field
  • Active BCBA credential in good standing with the BACB
  • Active LBA licensure in good standing with the state of Washington
  • Preferred experience conducting skill and behavioral assessments (e.g., VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, FBAs, and other clinically appropriate tools)
  • Completion of the 8-hour supervision training required by the BACB or willingness to obtain
  • Preferred experience working with individuals ages 2-18 with autism and/or other related developmental disabilities
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills
  • Ability to build rapport and work compassionately with families
  • Ability to remain calm, adaptive, and positive in dynamic situations
