Role OverviewPlum Behavioral Services is looking for a fun, compassionate, clinically strong BCBA who loves supporting RBTs, connecting with families, and creating programming that actually matters.
What You Will Do
Supervise, mentor & cheer on your RBTs, review data and client progress, edit programs and develop meaningful goals, build genuine relationships with families, provide caregiver support and guidance, and collaborate with a team.
Why It Might Be a Fit
You believe behavior is communication, value assent, autonomy, dignity, and functional communication, can talk data with the best of them but never forget there's a human behind the graph, enjoy mentoring RBTs instead of intimidating them, and are professional when you need to be, playful when you get to be, and maybe just a tiny bit unconventional.
Requirements
- Willing to consider a BCBA trainee with a Master’s degree in Special Education and a Colorado teaching license as well.
Benefits
- Additional support and resources from Alpaca Health
