Job Description
Mentor South Bay is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst to work with individuals with behavior challenges, conducting functional behavioral assessments and developing treatment plans. The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or a related field, and BCBA Certification and LBA License. The role involves working with a dynamic team to observe, identify, and analyze behavior challenges, and developing and implementing behavioral analysis service plans.

Requirements
