Role OverviewAs a BCBA, you will work directly with individuals on the autism spectrum, conducting assessments and creating individualized behavior intervention plans. You’ll collaborate with a team of Behavior Therapists to provide high-quality care and ensure client progress.

Conduct functional behavior assessments, create individualized behavior intervention programs, provide supervision to staff, and develop and monitor client progress.

Requirements
- Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis or related field
- Current BCBA certification through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
- Valid CA driver’s license and reliable transportation for travel
- Ability to pass an FBI/DOJ clearance and background check
