Role OverviewJoin Merakey's Children's Teens and Young Adults division as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to support children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder. Conduct assessments, develop behavior plans, and supervise Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)/Behavior Technicians (BTs).
What You Will Do
Provide ABA assessment, treatment planning, and case supervision within a structured clinical setting. Supervise and mentor RBTs and behavior technicians. Conduct parent training and caregiver consultations as needed. Collaborate with interdisciplinary treatment teams.
Why It Might Be a Fit
This role requires a compassionate BCBA with a minimum of 15 hours available each week. The ideal candidate will have a Master's Degree, active BCBA Certification, and active MI Licensure as a Behavior Analyst.
