Role OverviewAs a Litigation Bodily Injury Adjuster, you will investigate automobile accidents involving single or multiple vehicles, assess coverage, liability, and damages, and provide exceptional customer service. You will work remotely from your home and utilize innovative platforms and tools to negotiate fair and timely injury settlements.
What You Will Do
You will engage in negotiation processes, assess claims accurately, and evaluate and negotiate injury claims successfully. You will also protect the company financially by executing policies and keeping a clear record of your work.

Requirements
- Prior represented or litigation third-party casualty claim handling experience
- Maryland, Virginia, DC, West Virginia, or Delaware bodily injury claims experience
- 3+ years of moderate/complex bodily injury claim handling experience
- Proficient communication skills, especially over the phone
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Proficient knowledge of insurance policies, coverage, and liability determination and state regulations
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
