Job Description
Carvana is seeking a Body Shop Foreman to manage and develop a team of hourly associates in an Inspection Center to achieve production targets. The role requires managing the movement of cars, overseeing daily activities, and ensuring high-quality content in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent
  • Experience using computers
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Demonstrated functional expertise in one or more areas pertaining to Carvana's reconditioning process
  • Valid unrestricted driver's license with a clean driving record in the last 3 years
  • Ability to lift up to 60 pounds independently
  • Ability to stand for extended periods of time
  • Ability to effectively delegate tasks to team members
  • Ability to communicate and interact with others effectively
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
