Role OverviewThe Body Shop Manager is a valued member of our team, responsible for directing and coordinating all Body Shop Department activities. The role requires 7+ years of body shop experience, or related field preferred, and 3-5 years of supervisory experience. The manager must be able to work on feet for prolonged periods, lift at least 75 lbs, and perform other duties as assigned.
What You Will Do
The Body Shop Manager will prepare body shop repair estimates, monitor performance vs. budget, and ensure a safe and clean working environment. They will also interact with customers, recruit and hire body shop department personnel, and perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent; College or Technical training preferred
- 7+ years of body shop experience, or related field preferred
- 3-5 years of supervisory experience
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Proficient with the use of accident estimating software; AdjustRite preferred
- Comfortable using email, online platforms, and standard office software to complete daily tasks
- Strong knowledge and ability to understand financial information as it pertains to dealership operations
- Strong understanding of workplace safety regulations
