Requirements

• Previous experience in automotive, RV, or industrial painting
• Knowledge of paint mixing, spray gun operation, and finishing techniques
• Dedicated individuals who are looking to join a company and build a lasting career
• Positive attitude and team mindset
• Hustle, detail oriented and follows instructions
• Performs high quality repairs
• Familiarity with power tools, meters, and diagnostic equipment
• Maintain tools, equipment, and a safe workspace
• Mechanical aptitude is a must, we can train the rest
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Willingness to learn and grow
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in various conditions
• Valid driver’s license and transportation
