Role OverviewMonitors the factory's performance, determines manpower needs, and strengthens and develops the organization's production & planning structure. Develops, implements, and improves manufacturing production processes and methods.
What You Will Do
Develops best practices to improve production capacity, quality, and reliability. Drives the implementation of continuous improvement processes for efficiency to create a Lean Manufacturing environment. Investigates problems, analyzes root causes, and derives resolutions.
Why It Might Be a Fit
Requires experience and knowledge of manufacturing methods/procedures and process technology. Ability to present technical information, proven written and verbal communication, and good negotiation skills are a plus.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Industrial, Manufacturing, Mechanical, Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or other relevant degree
- 3-5 years of relevant experience
- PLC experience
- Hands-on experience in off-line simulations
- 3D-CAD experience
- Line Balancing, time studies, line layout planning
- New Lean Concept, waste reduction and parts presentations
- Knowledge of manufacturing methods/procedures and process technology
