Role Overview

As a Collision Repair Technician, you will play a pivotal role in restoring vehicles to pre-accident condition while delivering a world-class customer experience. You’ll perform thorough disassembly, repair, and reassembly of vehicles, ensuring structural integrity by repairing and realigning frames, panels, and body components.

What You Will Do

Perform thorough disassembly, repair, and reassembly of vehicles, use advanced tools and repair methods to achieve OEM-level quality and safety standards, communicate and collaborate with teammates to meet repair timelines and KPIs, deliver repaired vehicles with confidence, ensuring work is complete and customer-ready.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Successful completion of a technical school program OR a 3-year apprenticeship as an auto body repairer
  • Ability to read job orders and work with very little supervision
  • Ability to work with other repairers within an auto body shop
  • Thorough understanding of methods and procedures to repair vehicle bodies
  • Thorough understanding of how to use tools required for the trade
  • Must be able to work safely in a noisy area with many odors present
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at times
  • Must be able to visually inspect vehicle damage in a variety of weather conditions
  • Must be able to bend, stretch, kneel, and squat to perform repairs and inspections
