Boeing Warranty is seeking a Contract Administration Specialist (Experienced or Senior) to work as part of the Boeing Warranty team in Renton, WA (Charleston, SC). This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite one of at the listed locations . The role will support Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA), Boeing Global Services (BGS), and Boeing Defense, Space and Security (BDS) products. This role ensures the timely, accurate, and fair administration of Boeing Warranty in accordance with contractual obligations, company policies, and aviation regulations. Position Responsibilities: Supports the Boeing Warranty team in delivering world-class, post-delivery support to Boeing customers Claims Administration: Administers customer warranty claims, making contractual determinations and authorizing financial remedies Acts as the primary contact for senior customer counterparts on warranty issues Manages relationships with airlines, Maintenance and Repair Organizations (MROs), and leasing companies in the region Analyzes and authorizes statements of work related to warrantable defects, ensuring comprehensive customer communication Warranty Decision Leader: Leads and mentors a team of Warranty Administrators and Specialists Coordinates with peers and internal teams to resolve warranty items Develops pro forma agreements and revises template letters to support the Boeing Products and services Facilitates contract dispute resolutions regarding warranty obligations Process Lead: Manages daily workloads and priorities for Senior Warranty Administrators and/or Engineers Develops team expertise and decision-making skills while staying updated on industry trends Provides insights to Sales and Customer Support, anticipating issues and developing solutions Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience): Bachelor’s Degree or higher Ability to travel domestically and internationally as needed (10% of the time) 3+ years of experience working independently and in teams, using effective analytical, collaboration, communication, organizational, and leadership skills Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience): 5+ years of experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience 10+ years of experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience Master’s Degree or higher Experience in business related function including but not limited to: Contracts, Finance, Engineering, Procurement, Warranty, and/or Program Management Experience in project management, process management, work management, problem solving and metric design and development desired Experience using strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills Ability to persuade and negotiate successfully, at all organizational levels, particularly given the need to work on a cross-functional basis Drug Free Workplace: Boeing is a Drug Free Workplace where post offer applicants and employees are subject to testing for marijuana, cocaine, opioids, amphetamines, PCP, and alcohol when criteria is met as outlined in our policies. Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
