Job Description
We're looking for a Network Operations Manager to support and maintain our current network infrastructure in the Americas region. The ideal candidate will have 12+ years of experience in network engineering and a strong technical background with experience in Cisco, Meraki, and Palo Alto equipment. The role involves leading a team of 4 network engineers, managing network-related projects, and ensuring network equipment is kept up to date.

Requirements

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong and detailed technical experience in Networks
  • Ability to lead from the front in owning complex technical network problems
  • Experience of cloud networks and cloud connectivity
  • Strong documentation skills
  • Manage network related projects
  • Good working knowledge of Service Now
  • Reviewing and keeping on top of the Network Operations ticket queue
  • Experience with managing 3rd party service providers
  • Experience of Aruba ClearPass/802.1x
  • Detailed and extensive Cisco switch configuration knowledge
  • Knowledge and experience of Data Centre environments
  • Knowledge or Solarwinds network monitoring tools
  • Candidate should have routing protocol experience
  • Candidate should have Palo Alto Firewall and Panorama knowledge
  • Candidate should have Meraki Wireless technology skills
