Role OverviewMullican Flooring is seeking a highly motivated individual for an entry-level position as a Boiler/Dry Kiln Helper. The role involves assisting boiler/kiln operators, providing plant security, and fire watch. The ideal candidate has little to no experience but is willing to learn and grow within the company.
What You Will Do
Assist boiler operators, perform hourly rounds, clean up the boiler area, and report potential dangers. Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements
- Must be able to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays according to schedule
- Understand and follow oral or written instructions issued by supervisors

- Evaluate information using measurable standards
- Repeat tasks of short duration according to a set procedure
- Ability to watch gauges, dials, or other indicators to ensure a machine is working properly
- Ability to work well as part of a team
- Ability to complete daily reports as required
