They are looking for a Bookkeeper to manage client financial statements, bookkeeping, accounting software, and journal entries, ensuring accurate financial records and timely reporting. The role emphasizes client relationship management and collaboration within a supportive, communicative culture.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, finance, or related field (or 2-3 years of progressive experience)
Experience with financial statements, bookkeeping, and accounting software (QuickBooks Online, NetSuite, and Xero)
Strong knowledge of bank reconciliations
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Communicator (Excellent customer or client service skills a plus)
Expert collaborator (feedback delivery, team contribution a must)
