Role OverviewThis is a hands-on bookkeeping role where you’ll be responsible for bank reconciliations, property management accounting, accounts payable, financial reporting, and QuickBooks Online & Buildium management. You’ll work closely with the property management team to ensure accurate financial records, timely reporting, and efficient accounting operations across multiple properties and business entities.
What You Will Do
Reconcile bank accounts, review financial transactions, process accounts payable, update QuickBooks Online, verify Buildium records, calculate management fees and owner draws, prepare monthly financial reports, investigate discrepancies, and collaborate with property managers on financial matters.

Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of bookkeeping experience
- Experience in property management, real estate bookkeeping, and hands-on experience with Buildium and QuickBooks Online
- Strong understanding of bank reconciliations, bookkeeping principles, and experience managing multiple accounts and entities
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Reliable internet connection and dedicated home office
