Job Description
We are a growing Managed Service Provider (MSP) seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Bookkeeper with strong QuickBooks experience.

Requirements

  • Maintain accurate books in QuickBooks (Online or Desktop)
  • Perform bank and credit card reconciliations
  • Manage Accounts Payable (AP): vendor bills, coding, payments
  • Manage Accounts Receivable (AR): invoices, payments, customer follow-ups
  • Assist with recurring invoicing + project billing
  • Support monthly reporting: P&L, balance sheet, AR/AP aging
  • Help coordinate with CPA for month-end and year-end needs
