Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Bookkeeper & CPA to manage the financial records of multiple medical businesses owned by a single individual. This role requires someone with strong attention to detail who can efficiently oversee the books for various entities, ensuring seamless financial reporting and compliance.
Requirements
CPA certification is required
Minimum of 5 years of experience as a bookkeeper or accountant, preferably in healthcare or related industries
Experience managing financial records for multiple entities simultaneously
Strong knowledge of accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) and Excel
Solid understanding of financial reporting, general ledger management, and tax laws
Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to prioritize tasks
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple deadlines
