Role OverviewThe Boot Straps Specialist is a part-time role for someone who has a genuine passion for helping others and wants to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our partners. This individual will help administer the day-to-day operations of Boot Straps, including supporting partners through the application process, coordinating requests for financial assistance, maintaining appropriate documentation, and helping ensure every partner interaction is handled with compassion, dignity, confidentiality, and care.
What You Will Do
Serve as a compassionate point of contact for partners seeking assistance through Boot Straps. Guide partners through the financial assistance application process with empathy, respect, and discretion. Review incoming requests and supporting documentation for completeness and consistency with Boot Straps guidelines.
