Job Description
Direct Counsel is seeking a Borrower-Side Finance Associate Attorney to join an Am Law firm’s Private Equity & Corporate Finance practice. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of finance experience representing borrowers in complex credit facilities and leveraged finance transactions.
Requirements
At least 3 years of finance or leveraged finance experience at a law firm
Experience representing borrowers in complex financing transactions preferred
Strong academic credentials and transactional experience
JD from an accredited law school
Admission to practice in the jurisdiction of the office of hire
